Colin Kaepernick's controversial protest against the national anthem has been distorted and misunderstood by many. He also has been unable to find a job in the NFL, even as a backup for teams who are in desperate need of a veteran on their team. Kaepernick has now filed a grievance against the NFL over collusion. It would be nearly impossible for him to win the lawsuit, but Steve Gorman still understands why he did it.
