Progress Takes Time And Isn't Always Pretty

The NFL is doing their part to assist players in their effort to fight for social justice issues. The league has submitting a proposal to players that included close to $100 million in funding. The players, however, did not offer unanimous support. Several players have voiced displeasure over the proposal and have withdrawn their names from the Malcom Jenkins and Anquan Boldin-led "Players Coalition". 

Steve Gorman says that there is a rocky road ahead for the NFL bridging the divide with its players in regards to social justice. The progress NFL athletes are seeking will not happen overnight, but with effort on both sides it is absolutely attainable.
