Over the last 48 hours, sources close to the Steelers have claimed that ownership within the Steelers organization want to move on from head coach Mike Tomlin. Jason Smith makes sense of the highly-publicized conversation that Tomlin isn't the right coach for the job and claims the rumors are nothing but fake drama.
