The ACES baseball agency and its agency-founding brothers, Seth and Sam Levinson are being sued by a man who claims they directed many of their player-clients to convicted drug-suppliers Anthony Bosch and Kirk Radomski who could provide them with access to HGH, testosterone and performance-enhancing “gummies.”
Juan Carlos Nunez, who went to prison for his role in the infamous Melky Cabrera fake website and PED case, is seeking approximately $2.5 million bucks in unpaid commissions, fees and expenses.
