On today's edition of Straight Outta Vegas, RJ Bell and Brad Powers discuss Miami adding Memphis F Andre Iguodala at the end of the NBA trade deadline. RJ says before the Heat added Iguodala via trade, they were 30-1 to win the NBA title, but now their odds are 18-1; to give some perspective, the 76ers have 30-1 odds to win it all. Brad and RJ say it is important to realize this because they both play in the eastern conference and are vying for position in the east. RJ says if the Heat didn't make any moves and the 76ers did, then the roles may have been reversed and the 76ers may have increased their odds. The guys also discuss the pre-season odds of each team winning, citing the Heat being 100-1 and the Sixers were 12-1. With the way this season has played out and now the addition of Iguodala, the Heat have climbed all the way up to the 5th favorite in all of the NBA according to RJ and Brad.
