Chris Broussard: LeBron Re-established Himself as the Best in the World

Los Angeles Lakers v Los Angeles Clippers

Chris Broussard (in the audio below) marvels at an incredibly successful weekend by the Los Angeles Lakers after they defeated the potential NBA Finals and Western Conference finals opponents in the LA Clippers and Milwaukee Bucks during the weekend:

"I thought that LeBron James showed that he's still the best player in the world."

While many seemed to be enamored at the possibility that the Lakers are back on top of the league comfortably after defeating quite possibly the most challenging teams of the NBA, Rob Parker maintains that the Clippers will be okay in the audio below:

"I get the over the top, OMG, prisoner of the moment, they'll win the championship feel, but I'm not in that camp. If I'm the Clippers, I still feel good at where I am. In the last 11 games, they're 10-1. Were they gonna sweep LeBron and the Lakers? Probably not. Of course, the Clippers wanted to win this game, but I don't think this is the end-all-be-all."
