Tuesday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington discuss how much trust they have in Trey Lance to lead to the Niners to the Playoffs, now that Jimmy Garoppolo is injured yet again. Brady and LaVar also share their frustration with young QB's electing to run the ball versus throwing it away, all in an effort to improve their stats over helping the team.

Brady Quinn: "None of theses quarterbacks anymore throw the football away. It's going to impact your passer rating but it's for the betterment of the team. It's such a simple, selfless thing, but none of these damn quarterbacks do it anymore... So, that's more the concern with any young player, is there is a game to be played at the NFL level that's different, and you have to be able to do things that are more about winning football and trying to protect your teammates, the field position battle, all those little things."
