Tuesday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington tell you why now is the time for Jim Harbaugh to leave Michigan and go back to the NFL. Today he interviews with the Minnesota Vikings, an organization that's not in a rebuild, but ready to win now, in a division that might be without Aaron Rodgers moving forward. Also, he's finally gotten over the hump to beat Ohio State, but when the Big Ten does away with divisions, there's a scenario where Michigan and Ohio State would play twice a year, including the Big Ten Championship. So why not leave on a high note and get out while the getting is good?

LaVar Arrington: "Now, you gotta believe the pressure on Harbaugh amounts to not only winning the Big Ten, and that should be expected, but beating Ohio State and you not only need to make the Playoff but you need to now start pushing for playing in the Championship game or the season is a bust. So, if I'm Harbaugh, I'm looking at it from the standpoint of, I may get while the getting is good and go back to the National Football League cause there's not trust where I'm currently at anyway."
Brady Quinn: "I kind of feel like, he beat 'em, they win the Big Ten, they go to the Playoff, and he's like, 'I'm gonna take my ball and go home. At this point I'm a little concerned about Ryan Day and Ohio State building back up to come back for revenge and go on another long streak.'"
Jonas Knox: "Bottom line, if there was a time for him to leave, now's the time. You got to go."
