Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp was awarded the MVP in last night’s game and many are disagreeing with that decision. QB Matt Stafford and DE Aaron Donald both made strong arguments with their play in favor of themselves, but Doug Gottlieb has Kupp’s back. Doug thinks Kupp’s performance was one for the ages, especially considering he was on an island without Odell Beckham Jr., Robert Woods, nor Tyler Higbee, which allowed Cincinnati to double-team him most of the game. He was the Rams’ only option on their final drive and yet the Bengals still couldn’t stop him.
Doug Gottlieb: “That was a one-man drive. And yes, (Matt) Stafford made some throws and Cooper Kupp made some plays, but they also got a big first down on an end-around to Cooper Kupp... He was awesome!”
