Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford’s wife made some comments a while back that Matt was having trouble connecting with the younger players on the roster and she faced a ton of backlash for sticking her nose in where it didn’t belong. She has since apologized but it wasn’t until yesterday that Matt chimed in to try and diffuse the situation. Doug wants to make sure Matt doesn’t feel bad about not knowing anybody on his team because the Rams are filled with unremarkable players anyway.
Doug Gottlieb: “Matt (Stafford): don’t feel bad OK, none of us know anybody on the Rams. Let’s just be honest, nobody knows who any of these guys are.”
