Titans at Texans (SPREAD: HOU -4.5) [Sunday 1:00 pm ET]

“I like the Texans -4.5. CJ Stroud comes back, and they’re 5-2 in their last seven games at home. I like the coach and I like the quarterback. CJ Stroud at home has a 109-passer rating this year. He’s been a Pro Bowl quarterback. There is no question about his impact – when he returns from this concussion they’re a different football team. Ninety-nine passer rating with him, 68 rating without him. The Titans are 2-6 over their last eight, the o-line is bad, 6 of their last 8 games they have been held under 20 points, and they’re a bad road team. I like the Texans to win by 10. Maybe I’m nuts, I know people love Vrabel, so do I – 27-17 Texans.”

Colin's prediction: Texans 27, Titans 17.

Colin's pick: Houston -4.5

Raiders at Colts (SPREAD: IND -3.5) [Sunday, 1:00 pm ET]

“I don’t understand this line, I think the Colts should be favored by more. I’m going to take the Colts at home -3.5. They’re 4-2 over their last six games, and Minshew has been a very good quarterback. At home this year he has 10 touchdowns, three picks, and a 92-passer rating. Michael Pittman, a good receiver, is coming back. The Raiders are coming off a wildly emotional win over the Chiefs, they’ll regress. Josh Jacobs and Kolton Miller are banged up, and Aidan O’Connell on the road this year has been the league’s worst quarterback. I think the Colts should be favored by way more than 3.5. I’m taking the Colts to win 26-20 over the Raiders.”

Colin's prediction: Colts 26, Raiders 20.

Colin's pick: Indianapolis -3.5

Rams at Giants (SPREAD: LAR -5.5) [Sunday, 1:00 pm ET]

“This is going to be closer than people think. I’m going to take the Giants +5.5. The Rams I think will win late, although their field goal kicking is suspect. The Giants are 3-1 in their last four home games, and I’ve always liked Tyrod Taylor. Smart guy, doesn’t make any mistakes. This year in his three starts he has a 92.8 passer rating and no picks. The Rams defense over the last three weeks has gotten into shootout. It has regressed, it’s a bunch of kids, and it’s a little banged up. I think this is a really close game. The Giants are going to cover and I wouldn't be shocked if they won. The Rams are going to win 25-20 but I think 5.5 is just way too many points. West Coast team, indoor team going outdoors to a feisty New York Giants team that I think is well-coached.”

Colin's prediction: Rams 25, Giants 20.

Colin's pick: New York +5.5

Cardinals at Eagles (SPREAD: PHI -11.5) [Sunday, 1:00 pm ET]

“I’m taking the 11.5. Give me a break, Kyler Murray moves the chains, and Jalen Hurts has been struggling. Kyler Murray had a 97.5 passer rating in last week's loss to the Bears. He’s been a good player and he moves the sticks. Jonathan Gannon is the coach, you know he wants to impress his former employer the Eagles. Let’s be honest about Philly – I like them but they’re in a rough sled right now. Four of their last five games they have allowed 25+ points. The offense can’t put good quarters together. Jalen Hurts has 18 giveaways. Philadelphia is the better team, but this defense since Week 8, the coordinators have figured it out – you can move the ball on Philadelphia, and Kyler Murray’s instincts are tough. Eleven and a half points?? Give me a break. Arizona is going to cover. They’re not going to win, but they’re going to cover 30-24, Philly.”

Colin's prediction: Eagles 30, Cardinals 24.

Colin's pick: Arizona +11.5

Steelers at Seahawks (SPREAD: SEA -3.5) [Sunday, 4:05 pm ET]

“Steelers are over-valued. Mason Rudolph on the road, aggressive defense that’s getting better – I like Seattle -3.5. Geno Smith returned last week. I don’t think he’s a ‘hoist the trophy’ guy, but Geno is more than capable. He completed 69% of his throws last week with a 105-passer rating against the Titans defense. Give Pete Carroll credit, the Seahawks defense the last couple weeks has played better. This Steelers team -- George Pickens was great, but they beat Jake Browning. This offense is a water pistol. Mason Rudolph has a career passer rating in the low 80s. I think Seattle is going to win this game and I don't think it’s going to be as close. I’m going to take Seattle 27-21 and I don’t think it will feel that close. It'll feel like Seattle is the better team while watching this game.”

Colin's prediction: Seahawks 27, Steelers 21.

Colin's pick: Seattle -3.5
